What: As part of the Irish Real Life Festival, Executive Chef Brian McCourt is featuring an Irish menu just in time for St. Patrick’s Day on March 13th, 2016! We will be hosting a special 5-course dinner highlighting traditional Irish favourites like Dublin Coddle and Corned Beef with Brian’s unique twist! He will also be sharing about his Irish heritage and how it has influenced his culinary career.

Cost: $65.00 per Guest

1st Course

SMOKED MACKEREL SOUP: crispy cod roe, leeks, potatoes, cream, charred brown bread


2nd Course

BACON AND CABBAGE: cured & braised heritage pork belly, cider braised cabbage, champ broth


3rd Course

DUBLIN CODDLE: smoked ham hock, rashers, bangers, potatoes, pork stock, herbs


4th Course

CORNED BEEF TONGUE: parsnip colcannon, pickled mustard seeds, watercress, caraway broth


5th Course

IRISH CHEESE COURSE: a selection of cheeses from “my island”
